Espace Québec is the result of an agreement concluded in January 2020 by :
- the Ministère des Relations internationales et de la Francophonie du Québec (MRIF);
- the University of Languages and International Studies (ULIS) / National University of Hanoi
- the Vietnamese Cultural Center of Canada in Montreal (VCCM)
The Vietnamese Cultural Center has installed a reception center including :
- an exhibition gallery and a library, to present Quebec creators and artists.
- an information center on the Canadian Francophonie, its education system (schools, colleges, universities)
- A documentation center with information on recreational activities and tourism in Quebec and Canada.
The CCV also presents its activities in other cities such as Hué and Saigon.
