Vietnamese is a monosyllabic and tonal language. Each syllable can be pronounced in several ways that give different meanings. This is why traditional methods are not very effective for French-speaking adults. We have designed ours specifically for them.
Our courses are virtual classes. They are offered in private, semi-private (2-3 people) or group (4-6 people). Dates and times are determined with each group.
Vietnamese courses – Beginner
The Vietnamese Cultural Center invites you to discover Vietnam through immersion in its language.
At the end of the beginner course (levels 1 and 2) you will be able to understand people in simple everyday situations.
- Level 1: 12 lessons of 1 hour and 30 minutes each
- Level 2: 16 lessons of 1.5 hours each
Vietnamese course – Intermediate
This 60-hour course (40 lessons of 1.5 hours each) is designed for adults who have completed Level 2 and wish to improve their oral communication skills for personal or professional reasons.
- Level 3: 20 lessons of 1 hour and 30 minutes each
- Level 4: 20 classes of 1.5 hours each
Vietnamese Language Course – Advanced
This 60-hour course (40 lessons of 1 hour and 30 minutes each) is designed for adults who have completed Level 4 and wish to improve their oral and written communication skills for personal or professional reasons.
